Sony at CES 2018: Product Spotlight

Mon 15, January 2018   AV News

Sony's presence at CES 2018 was larger than life itself. The introduction of several new products practically trumps the competition.

Let's take an inside look as to what's new with Sony in 2018:

Aibo, a robotic companion dog.

As basic as it sounds, yes; Sony created a robot dog. Get ready to fill your heart with joy, because aibo has alluring powerful eyes, and a cute roly-poly like form. Don't clean up after your dog any longer, just plug him in whenever his batteries get low!

The LSPX-A1 Projector

The Sony Ultra-Short Throw projector offers immense color and brought a ton of livelihood to the AV-centered consumers at CES 2018. I am excited to see where Sony will match up against Epson and Optoma here.

The DSC-RXO Camera

This camera features new camera control box, all while providing the highest level of professionalism for any photographer. This camera is an absolute beast.

The SRS-XB41 Wireless Speaker

Give your party a little pop, with this lively little speaker from Sony. It truly allows you to "take the festival with you" so to speak. This fully-immersive product features various light settings, and two speaks with extra bass and a LIVE SOUND mode. Enhanced frequencies and framework make this a top-dollar wireless speaker.

WF-SP700N Bluetooth Headphones

In common release to the apple air-pods, we're now seeing Bluetooth In-Ear Monitors popping up left and right. What makes Sony's so different? More stylish and easier to use than other brands, the Sony WF-SP700N truly marks the above-par for Bluetooth headphones. They double as noise cancellation earbuds as well.

A Sony HT-Z9F Soundbar

The Sony HT-Z9F is a great addition to any basic TV. If you've got surround sound already, that's one thing. This soundbar will omit a crisp and clear response from whatever you hook it up to. Enjoy your sound like you deserve, crisp, clear and High-Definition. 3.1 channels of pure mids, lows, and highs.

& last but definitely not least...

The A8F 4K HDR TV by Sony Bravia OLED

The color balance and performance of the Sony Bravia OLED TV is unreal. With 8 million self-illuminating pixels, this TV trumped the competition at CES 2018. True reality mimicking images come to life with deep blacks and natural RGB colors. The pixels are precisely and individually controlled by the X1 Extreme processor. This TV creates exquisite, unprecedented contrast and picture.
