What does your order status mean?

NEW Your order has been received and will be processed shortly. If your order was submitted outside of normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm MST) it will be processed the next business day.
PROCESSING Our team is working to finalize your order. This includes verification, payment processing, and securing product availability. If there are any issues during this step, you will be contacted by one of our Sales Team Members.
AWAITING SHIPMENT Your order has been finalized and in most cases will ship within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your order for your records when your order has reached this step. As soon as your order has shipped you will automatically receive tracking information via email. Should your order be delayed for any reason, you will be contacted by one of our Sales Team Members who will provide you with the latest ETA information.
SHIPPED Your order has left the warehouse and is now on its way to you. You will receive an email with the tracking information for your order when it reaches this step. If for some reason you do not receive this email, please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the information.
INFO NEEDED We are in need of information from you. One of our Sales Team Members will have already contacted you via email or phone with further details. Please respond as soon as possible to avoid your order being delayed. Orders marked as "Info Needed" will be on hold until information is received.
BACK ORDER The item(s) you ordered are currently on Back Order from the manufacturer. In these cases, one of our Sales Team Members will contact you to provide ETA information and discuss alternate options.
TRANSFERRED Your order has been given to another Sales Team Member who will be processing your order manually. They will be contacting you very soon with additional information concerning your order.
CANCELED Per your request, your order has been cancelled. Any payments have been refunded and no items will be shipped. Should you wish to reinstate the order, please contact one of our Sales Team Members to do so.
VOID We were unable to verify the information provided with your order, and were unable to contact you to confirm the correct information. Your order has been voided, and will not be processed. If you feel this is incorrect, please contact one of our Sales Team Members as soon as possible.
