 Dear Dana,

I received the Projector on Wednesday morning at 11:50. I treied it out and it works perfectly. I took it to a presentation that night andall the members of our Flotilla were impressed with it. I just thought I'd let you know how pleased we all are and to thank you for your help in this transaction.

You know your stuff, you do a great job anytime we need your help, your responsive, you have an excellent team, you carry great products, your pricing is good, you are somewhat local, and you are straight with us. Jeff Phillips is great to work with and did an excellent job of handling my projector order. I greatly recommend using Projector Superstore. They have the inventory available at their AZ location, they are authorized dealers and purchases are shipped the day ordered or the next day at the latest. They are highly recommended and you won't have to be worry about being scammed.

ORIGINAL POST: My projector arrived without any cables. I tried calling and I'm put on hold to dead silence. After a 5 minute wait I give up. Is this service?

I'm just writing to retract my previous testimonial about missing cables. After giving up on sales I called another department who routed me back to Jeff, the manager of sales, who apparently was holding down the whole department while people were on vacation. He immediately recognized that I had a projector with cables in a small box that looked like packing material. So except for me feeling foolish all is well with the world. Once I got ahold of anyone they made sure my problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
