HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We want you to feel secure buying from Projector SuperStore, therefore we offer a few different ways to place an order:

Order online! - When you place an order through our website you will find it secure, easy, and fast. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY ORDER IS PLACED?

After your order is submitted, you will automatically be sent an “Order Receipt” to the e-mail address you entered during the purchase process. Once we have had an opportunity to verify your order information, an e-mail or fax “Order Confirmation” will be sent for final confirmation. 

If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" e-mail from us within 24 hours of placing your order (with the exception of orders placed over the weekend/holiday, you will be contacted on the 1st business day that we return to the office), please contact us as soon as possible either by phone or email. Be sure to include the name and or company name that the order was placed under. We will send a new confirmation to you.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If for any reason you find that you need to cancel an order, change an item in an order, or change the shipping address, please contact us as quickly as possible at (888) 525-6696. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Therefore, the sooner you call, the better our chance of making the necessary changes.
